According to the National Health Service of Ukraine, between February 2022 and July 2023, 38,870 Ukrainians were primarily diagnosed with vision loss and impairment, accounting for 28% of the total number of war-related injuries. The main objectives of the center are rehabilitation and education, career guidance, sports and leisure for the rehabilitants.
